The Association has 58 boat docks that are available at no charge to Association Members that do not own lakefront property.
The docks are located as follows ..
12 docks Boat Launch area on Apache Trail
18 docks Across from Pawnee Points Park – on Apache Trail
20 docks Cedar Point Park on West Suwanee Trail
4 docks Shady Oaks Park- corner of Chippewa Trail and Indian Shores Drive
4 docks Abbott Pavilion 8400 Cheyenne Drive
They are assigned each boating season for that season only. The assignments are determined on a “first come” basis to Members in good standing.

All docks will be shared with another dock assignee
Dock assignees are responsible for the construction and maintenance of a dock that is acceptable to the Lake Shores Association.
If the dock and dock area is not kept clean and in good repair, or if the Annual Association Fee becomes delinquent, the dock may be removed by the LSA at the assignee’s expense.
At the Association’s discretion, docks may need to be removed in the fall.
Due to the demands for dock space, ALL DOCKS MUST BE UTILIZED FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 FULL MONTHS PER SEASON, or they shall be relinquished.
Dock space will be relinquished when a Member’s real property is sold or transferred.
Consideration will be given, when possible, to the relationship of address to dock space.
