The 1966 Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions caused to be created a State of Michigan non-profit corporation the LAKE SHORES ASSOCIATION (LSA) to provide for the preservation of the amenities of the common properties for the Association Members and to administer and maintain such facilities and to enforce the covenants and restrictions imposed on the Association lots.

Any and all actions taken by the Board of Directors are subject to and compliant with the “Convenants and Restrictions” and the “Articles and By-Laws of the Lake Shores Association”.

The Board of Directors meet in open forum (all members are welcome) once each month. An Annual Association Meeting is held on the 2nd Saturday of August. The Board of Directors prepares and adheres to an “Annual Budget” for the administration of the members “Annual Maintenance Fee” which is assessed each April 1.
